Delivery Info

Please be aware that our bundles are being shipped from Vietnam & India and can take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive in the UK. Once the order has arrived in the UK we will be using the Royal Mail first class shipping method ( next day delivery) Track + signed.

Ordering internationally: please note that ones your order has arrived in the UK, our Royal Mail International shipping can take up to 4 days to arrive at your designated location, using our shipping method international Track + Signed.

Returns

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best raw hair.
